These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GOBLIN CARD service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

GOBLIN CARD provides a Non-KYC physical Mastercard crypto debit card service that allows users to deposit multiple cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, USDT) and spend in fiat currencies (MXN, USD, EUR) worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using GOBLIN CARD, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

We do not accept crypto assets that are sanctioned, stolen, or derived from illegal activity. This includes funds linked to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions, and funds traceable to hacks, scams, ransomware, or other criminal proceeds. We reserve the right to refuse, freeze, or reverse any deposit that we determine, at our discretion, to be sanctioned or illegally sourced.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your card and any associated credentials. You agree to use the card only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our service requires a one-time payment of $350 USD, payable in Monero (XMR), USDT, or Bitcoin (BTC). The only ongoing fee is a transparent 3.5% deposit rate when adding crypto to your card. There are no FX fees (0%), no ATM withdrawal fees (0%), and no monthly charges.

GOBLIN CARD has a daily spending limit of $5,000 USD and a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $500 USD. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GOBLIN CARD at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GOBLIN CARD after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
