These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GOBLIN CARD service, which is operated by Goblin Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

GOBLIN CARD provides Goblin Physical, a non-KYC Mastercard crypto debit card that allows users to deposit multiple cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, USDT) and spend in fiat currencies worldwide. Goblin Physical holds its balance in Mexican pesos (MXN). Every Goblin Physical holder can get Goblin Virtual, including existing customers. These are two separate cards. Goblin Virtual is a Visa with a balance in US dollars (USD) that supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and 3D Secure (3DS).

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using GOBLIN CARD, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Country and merchant restrictions apply; review the current service restrictions before ordering.

We do not accept crypto assets that are sanctioned, stolen, or derived from illegal activity. This includes funds linked to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions, and funds traceable to hacks, scams, ransomware, or other criminal proceeds. We reserve the right to refuse, freeze, or reverse any deposit that we determine, at our discretion, to be sanctioned or illegally sourced.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your card and any associated credentials. You agree to use the card only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not publicly share, publish, or disclose the Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) of any Goblin Card, including physical and virtual cards. This includes disclosure through public posts, forums, social media, screenshots, or other publicly accessible content. Publicly sharing a card BIN will result in indefinite suspension of your account with no refund, including where the card has not yet been successfully used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Card-order refunds are available for any reason before successful card use, subject to the BIN-sharing exception above. Before shipping, eligible orders receive a full refund. After shipping, eligible refunds exclude the shipping fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
Once the card has been successfully used for a transaction, the card order is no longer eligible for a refund. This policy concerns the purchase of your card, not refunds from merchants for purchases made using the card.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details. These conditions do not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

The current Goblin Physical and Goblin Virtual offer costs $350 USD as a one-time payment, payable in Monero (XMR), USDT, or Bitcoin (BTC). Our current $350 USD offer gets you two separate cards for the price of one: Goblin Physical and Goblin Virtual. After full release, the two cards will be sold separately.
Goblin Physical: deposits are charged at 3.5%, or 4% for XMR. There are no FX fees (0%), no Goblin Card ATM withdrawal fees (0%), and no monthly charges. ATM operators may charge their own fees.
Goblin Virtual: approximately 1.5% FX compared with rates shown on Google and similar services. This includes a 1% markup on the underlying conversion rate; the exact difference varies by currency and conversion time. Cash withdrawals: No limit, 2% fee. ATM operators may apply their own fees and withdrawal limits. Goblin Physical fee terms do not describe Goblin Virtual.

Goblin Physical has a spending limit of $2,500 USD per transaction, a daily spending limit of $5,000 USD, and a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $500 USD. There is no monthly spending limit. Goblin Virtual limits: Tap-to-pay: USD $20,000 per transaction and USD $20,000 per day. Online payments: USD $200,000 per transaction and USD $200,000 per day. Both the per-transaction and daily limits apply. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GOBLIN CARD at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GOBLIN CARD after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
