No. You get two separate cards, not one card in two formats. Goblin Physical is a Mastercard with an MXN balance for cash withdrawals and worldwide spending. Goblin Virtual is a Visa with a USD balance for Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online payments. Each card has its own fees and limits, and both are included in the current $350 offer.

Goblin Physical uses the Mastercard network. Goblin Virtual uses the Visa network. These are separate cards with different balances, fees, and limits.

No. Goblin Physical requires no KYC verification, passport, driver's license, or identity documents.

No. We do not offer Goblin Physical or Goblin Virtual separately at the moment. Goblin Virtual, our Visa card, is issued to existing, trusted Goblin users and cannot be purchased on its own.

Yes. Goblin Virtual supports Apple Pay and Google Pay for wallet payments, plus 3D Secure (3DS) for online payments.

The Goblin Virtual holds USD. Its advertised 1.5% FX represents the approximate total difference compared with exchange rates shown on Google and similar services. A 1% FX markup is added on top of the underlying conversion rate, which can already differ from those reference rates. The 1% is not applied directly to the rate you see on Google, and it is included in the roughly 1.5% overall difference, not charged on top of it. The exact difference varies by currency and conversion time. Cash withdrawals: No limit, 2% fee. ATM operators may apply their own fees and withdrawal limits. Tap-to-pay: USD $20,000 per transaction and USD $20,000 per day. Online payments: USD $200,000 per transaction and USD $200,000 per day. Both limits apply: a payment must be within the single-transaction limit and your remaining daily allowance. Splitting payments does not increase the daily limit.

$2,500 USD per transaction, $5,000 USD daily spending, and $500 USD daily ATM withdrawal. There is no monthly spending limit. Goblin Physical daily limits reset 24 hours after each transaction.

We recommend using the web portal to deposit funds. Follow the funding prompts and send crypto using the displayed address and network. The Telegram bot is also an option.

Yes. The web portal is now our main option for orders, deposits, and balance checks, but the Telegram bot remains active.

International trackable shipping takes about seven days, up to fourteen maximum.

Contact support for a free reship or an eligible refund. Refunds after shipping exclude the shipping fee and are subject to the refund conditions in our Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Yes, for any reason before successful card use. Eligible refunds are full before shipping and exclude the shipping fee after shipping. Card orders are not refundable after successful use. Publicly sharing a card BIN results in indefinite account suspension with no refund, even before successful use. Applicable statutory refund rights are unaffected. Contact support to request a refund.

Chip and contactless payment, no printed name, and a PIN included in the envelope.

Yes. Spend in USD, EUR, MXN, and more with automatic conversion and 0% Goblin FX fees. Country and merchant restrictions apply.

Three years. Renewal and lost-card replacement each cost $100.
